* Payment shall be settled in full 14 days prior to the date of arrival. If a booking is made within 14
days to the date of arrival payment shall be made in full upon booking confirmation.
* Bookings are subject to release if payment is not made before the deadline
* Cancellation fee will not be charged if booking is cancelled 14 days prior to the date of arrival.
* Cancellations within 14 to 8 days prior to the date of arrival 25% of the total stay will be charged.
* Cancellations within 7 days to the date of arrival 50% of the total stay will be charged.
* All No Show bookings and cancellations within the stay will be charged for the total stay on the
basis booked,
* Folding bed is provided as 3rd bed and Triple rooms are the same size as double rooms.
* Children are not accommodated at the Water Bungalows
* Resort is not equipped to provide facilities for the disabled.
